Murine Embryonic Fibroblasts P0

Freshly isolated mouse embryonic fibroblast culture. P0- passage 0 as these cells have been isolated and cultivated only for 18h after their derivation from 13^th day pregnant mice. Frozen in 10% DMSO, 10% Fetal calf serum and RPMI-1640 media. Viability after thawing not less than 90%. Cell cultures are bacteria free and derived from different lineages of mice.

Mice lineages are available on request: DBA, BALB/c, White, Black. Also the time of embryo development is available on request. Starting from gestational day 13 till 21.

Price for 1 vial containing 1 million frozen cells is 50.00 Euro.

Murine Embryonic Liver cells P0

Freshly isolated mouse embryonic liver cell culture. P0- passage 0 as these cells have been isolated and no cultivation has been performed on these cells.
